We travel!
Beyond the Bowl Pottery is able to provide workshops at various locations. We have done workshops with the Halton District School Board, Erin Oaks Kids, Holland Bloorview Spiral Garden Camp, and McLaughlin College. Projects are typically handbuilt, but there is an option to bring in a pottery wheel. All pieces are transported to our studio kiln where they are fired once, glazed and fired a second time. Then we bring you the finished work. This process usually takes about 3 weeks.
We are based in Oakville, Ontario, but will also travel within the greater Toronto area (additional charges may apply based on distance).

Fun
We love clay! We love what we are doing and it shows! Our first priority is a great experience. Working with clay is a very relaxing and creative experience that almost everyone enjoys.
Theme/Curriculum
We can customize our program to your school/grade curriculum or business strategies.
Clean
We clean up everything. Clay can be messy but we are experts and containing it. We bring our clean reusable vinyl tablecloths to keep tables clean. We sweep up after and take all the tool washing home with us.
Safe
We are very safety conscious. We know which clay and glazes are non toxic and food safe. Instructors are all WHIMIS certified.
