Payment Policy

Payment is due before programs begin. Registrations for classes can be done online at www.beyondthebowlpottery.com. Payment for classes and workshops can be made online or at the studio prior to the start of the class, please contact us if you prefer to pay in person. We accept e-transfer, cash, debit, or credit. Registration is valid only once full payment has been received.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued up to 48 hours prior to the start of the program. There is a $40 administration fee for all refunds. There are no refunds for children’s summer art programs, workshops, or gift certificates.

Cancellations/Class Changes/Make up classes

A full refund will be provided if Beyond the Bowl Pottery Studio cancels a class. Any changes to classes and class schedules will be made at least 48 hours before the first class.

As we are a small studio with a very full schedule, we are not able to offer make-up classes due to student absence. Classes are not pro-rated due to missed classes. If lessons are cancelled due to bad weather, a make-up lesson will be provided the week immediately following the session. In case of a teacher absence, a substitute teacher will be provided. If this is not possible, the class will be rescheduled.

Liability

Beyond the Bowl Pottery Studio and its staff cannot be held responsible in any way for any damages or injuries incurred while on the property of the studio or while attending any Beyond the Bowl Pottery Studio related workshops, classes, or events.

Special Needs

We are happy to accommodate students with special needs at our studio. Please contact us to discuss how we can best accommodate.

Allergies/Medications

Please note that we are NOT an allergy free location. This is a home studio and there are products containing nuts on the premises. There are also furry pets living in the home (though not in the studio). Please advise staff of any medical conditions your child may have that may affect their time spent in the studio. Staff will not assume responsibility for administering any medications.
